We consider offers on most prospects, or take payments at asking price on most prospect.

We accept payments for a term of 12 months or less, monthly payments that are comfortable for the buyer ($50 late fee charged per month skipped, not included in the purchase price), if 3 months are skipped we retain the right to repossess the horse. Insurance must be carried by the buyer for at least the purchase price with seller as loss payee; in the event of mortality only the balance owed on the horse will be kept by the seller – the amount invested will return to the buyer.

We ask for 10% of the purchase price as a deposit. After deposit and proof of insurance, the horse can be picked up. Papers/Breeders Certificates are held until final payment is made. Buyer may have a show lease during payment period.
